[b]HI GUYS IM BACK!! [/b]well for those of you who knew i was gone. ahaha. aww its always great to be home. theres no place like home right? haha course. dang well i had one heck of a trip you guys. ive never been to so many place is such a small amount of time. so lets count: yes well... i do believe... yes.. 7 different states? haha yeah mayn all in 4 or 5 some days. and here i am, thinking were staying in dc the [b]ENTIRE[/b] time.. hah [b]NOPE![/b]
[u][i][b]FRIDAY[/b][/i][/ u] sigh the glitz and glamour that is.. the airport. yeah im not every fond of checking in, baggage check and claim, security crap and such GOOD GOSH havent you had enough?! i dont think i could ever work at an airport haha. too crazy. k well left the house around 7. arrived at LAX liikkee 8 ish? yes possibly. went through the numerous amounts of security checks and then sat in the terminal for 2 hours. exciting huh? [i][b]oh yes.[/b][/i] haha well i called a buttload of you ppl. [b]better be happy i was thinking of you[/b]. haha. yeah well we boarded the plane at 1030... took of at 11. mayn oh mayn [i]how i hate flying.[/i] right before i board i always get scared that somethings gonna happen. yeah thats paranoia for ya huh? i took pictures of cities and such from the plane. [b]dang its so gorgeous[/b]. the sunrise wasnt so bad either =).
[u][i][b]SATURDAY[/b][/i] [/u] arrived at the dulles airport in dc. at.. [b]6 IN THE MORNING?! [/b]gosh mayn. i dint even sleep on the plane..or for the rest of the day either. mwahaha major jet lag.. [i][b]oOo the excitement.[/b][/i] well we met up with my uncle at baggage claim and we went to his house. ok so turns out he lives in virginia?! i thought he lived in dc. hahaha so were driving to his house and im like why does the sign say [u]Welcome To Virgina?[/u] ... i thought the airport that was back there was in dc...ok and on the way i see a sign that says [u]Welcome To Maryland[/u]... so confused. ok but MAYN OH MAYN his house is amazing! its more of a condo but it has 4 FLOORS. and the rooms on each floor are so huge. haha i had no problem whatsoever staying there. HOKAY. well after settling in for a while we all got ready and went out around dc. oh gosh that place is so packed. memorials left and right, everywhere you look theres a memorial for something! the saddest part is that we had to walk it all! around [b]all of dc LITERALLY walked.[/b] i dont think i have ever walked so much in my entire life. no lie either. haha hey but the plus is that i got to visit a whole mess of amazing and historical sites. dang went to the lincoln, jefferson, and washington memorial...vietnam and WW2 memorial...the capitol building ...the white house...museums... good gracious too many too count. haha and well ya know how the lincoln memorial looks right? the whole old skool white house structure with the 8237019 flight of stairs? yeah thats it. hahahaha it was so funny cuz i was SO TIRED .. so tired. and my brother was just wired iono haha he was all running up the stairs and i was like "dang jay! [b]you rocky up them stairs[/b]!" ahaha so now me and my bro got a new saying. chyess. well after an amazingly filled day, we finally went back to my uncles house and ordered chinese food. hahaha. and since the time change was a little off, my bro dad and mom and me werent very tired at the moment. so we played cards. so hilarious. [b]my dad is such a fob[/b]. hahaha. played us some pequa, BS [bicycle shop mwahaha.. ok nvm], and morning queen. GOOD STUFF.
[i][u][b]SUNDAY [/b][/u][/i]whOootie whOOt!! 4th of july meng! haha [b]how fabulous is it that i got to spend independence day in washington dc?![/b] pretty darn fabulous i think. dang so woke up like at.. uh i cant remember but it was early. no sleep thats kool. ok well we went to church that morning. oOo a haitian priest mayn. he spoke french! i was amazed. haha. uh then afterwards we went to eat at a chinese restuarant. hahaha darn asians. omg and it started to rain!!! i was so devastated!! [b]its the 4th of july and its raining[/b]. how depressing is that. and to make matters worse it was frikin humid like a mother! [b]hot..humid..sticky..wet..weather[/b]. [i]sounds like the philippines to me.[/i] haha uh ok. yes so we ate. had me some soup YUM. then we were thinking of something else to do until the picnic...yes leave it to me and my mom to choose shopping. mwahaha. so we went shopping. [b]I SAW THE PENTAGON!!! [/b]i was all excited. haha yay go pentagon. haha so went to the mall in dc. bought nothing except a smoothie. fine with me. hahaha dang a lotta ppl smoke there. very sad. [i]smoking kills guys[/i]. [b]NEVER SMOKE[/b]. ok so we went back to my uncles house after the mall and we all got ready for his company picnic 4th of july party shindig thingy. haha. yeah.. and it was still raining. RARR. well so everyone from his company met up and we all took a bus to Arlington Cemetery [where all the dead veterans of the major wars were buried.. including JFK.. so amazing]. but yes im sure yer wondering 'why are you celebrating the 4th of july at a cememtery?' yeah i wondered that too. haha i all thought that we were gonna sit with the dead ppl and scream and shout. isnt that disturbing the peace? ok well we didnt. haha we went into one of the memorial buildings that they had. yay party mayn. full on bar and buffet. hahaha that made me happy. had me some 2 or 3 hotdogs mMmmMMM. haha reminds me of legally blonde 2.. [b]"you look like the 4th of july... makes me want a hotdog real baaad."[/b] hahaha! aww ok. so yes we were all sitting down, enjoying the day, haha and there was this viet family that sat with us at the table. they had a 3 year old daughter omg she was so adorable. she dint really know too much english which explained why she said your welcome everytime you did something nice for her. haha my brother gave her a balloon and she goes "your welcome" hahah!! im like o ok thank you? and you say hi to her and literally 5 minutes later she'll go up to you and say "hello" hahaha aww but she was adorable. yeah so after eating a buttload of food everybody went up the balcony and sat and watched the fireworks. oh mayn what a moment. theres just something about being in dc, sitting at the top of a veteran cemetery, and watching fireworks burst before your eyes .. and right in between the lincoln memorial and washington memorial. [b]dang i dont think ive ever felt so darn patriotic[/b]. hahaha it was great guys.
[i][u][b]MONDAY[/b][/u][/ i] prolly the best part of the entire trip. oh mayn so we woke up at 5 am in the morning. why? wanna know why? becuase omg it was SO HAPPY! so frikin happy.. ecstatic!!! mayn ive been wanting to go to new york since FOREVER. and finally we did. OH MAYN. it was the most abosulute best ever!! hahaha. ok so packed all the things i needed cuz we were goin on our own little road trip. it was only about 3 1/2 hours to NY so it wasnt that bad. i enjoyed seeing everything on the way. so hopped into the car around 6-ish.. got some gas.. some money.. some munchies.. and we were on the road chyess! haha i was way too excited to do anything so i just sat there looking at all the surroundings. but dang it was pretty darn uncomfortable in the car. swear i was bout ready to chop my legs off. but i didnt. cuz that would be bad =). haha so we stopped at some resting area in [b]MARYLAND[/b]. ate some burger king cinnamon rolls. haha and we were off again. and i attempted to take pictures of all the welcome signs cuz we passed and stopped at all these states but dangit!! it doesnt work when yer dad is driving 128937123 mph! hahaha but i tried. too bad it dint work... as you can see. haha [b]Welcome To Mirror.[/b] oh thats kool. haha well we drove for a while longer. went from virgina to maryland. then maryland to delaware. then delaware to pensylvania. and there to jersey. we stopped in jersey for some gas. haha ppl there put gas in yer car for you. how nice. hahaha i liked their accents too. yay i love road trips. haha well so from there it was about an hour more to NY and i couldnt be anymore excited!! yay! haha AND OMG. so many pay tolls! i think the entire day was spent paying darn toll booths. haha thats what you get for driving interstate. ok well we got to the New Jersey Turnpike and it was half an hour to NY. OMG OMG OMG. hahaha i had my camera ready and everything. so we got out of the turnpike and into the Lincoln Tunnel. omg it was approaching... omg.. ok we get out .. and then.. there is.. [b]NEW YORK!!! yayayaya!!!! ahhhhhhhhhh i was so excited!! overjoyed with happiness and everything oh mayn!![/b] hahaha i took picture after picture. ok ok so we were driving around looking for a parking space cuz come on.. we all know that you cant just park then walk.. then park.. then walk.. no doesnt work that way. you park and then you walk for the rest of forever. hahaha.yer lucky if you get a parking. ok but we did! haha and on our way me and my brother saw this: . hahaha random huh?!! hahaha ok well it really says [b]CANAL RUBBER [/b]haha but its stil funny. ok so we parked on Broadway St. hahaha yay! dang it was humid there too. haha oh well that dint ruin my day. so FIRST.. we went to [b]TIMES SQUARE[/b]. yeah!!! [b]mtv studios!! [/b]yeah!! virgin megatore!! yeah!! the big apple!! hahaha mayn AHH! hahaha. yeah saw all of that guys. mayn everythings so big over there. SO BIG. and sadly..mtv studios looks alot smaller in person than on tv. haha. [b]camera adds 10 pounds[/b]. haha uh yeah. so we walked around times square for a while. and then we were all getting so hungry. so we went to TGIFridays... fun there was no AC in there hahaha. dang but it was super expensive. 13 bucks for everything. except drinks of course. haha yeah so we ate then we walked around some more. saw all the [b]Broadway[/b] show signs and theatres and walked on [b]42nd Street [/b] and oh mayn. [i][b]so surreal[/b][/i]. then we walked to [b]Rockafeller[/b] [ i dunno how to spell it ] [b]Center[/b] and Radoi City Music Hall and saw where the ice rink was and where they put the huge xmas tree at xmas!! yay! hahaha yeah and then walked around some more and then we went into the St Paul Cathedral. i think it was St Paul. but that church was pretty. gave a bit of a donation.. prayed a while. then we were off. walked back to the car and got caught in the rain!!! oh mayn it was raining so hard hahaha and we were so unprepared!! hahaha so we were running down the streets of new york looking for somewhere to get out of the rain.. of coures took like 2 minutes cuz theres stores everywhere. hahaha so we stood there. waited for the rain to settle down. yeah took a while.. ran some more... hid in a store... then it stopped raining . haha bout time. but [b]it was fun running in the rain in New York.[/b] ok so then we drove to lower Manhattan to visit [b]Central Park[/b], [b]Ground Zero,[/b] and the [b]Statue of Liberty[/b]. saw all except central park hahaha oh well. but we did see the statue!! mayn that was awesome. haha and we were walking to ground zero and my dad frikin got us lost!! hes like ok ok lets take the shortcut. im like dad you havent been here you dont know where yer going can we just go the regular way? uh course he doesnt listen. hahaha the "shortcut" turned into the LONGEST WAY POSSIBLE! ahh. haha but we got there so it was all good.. oh mayn.. ground zero.. how emotional it is over there. its so frikin surreal and you wouldnt even believe that any of it happened. [b]like you stand there and you see where the twin towers used to be. and yer just like DANG. thats intense.[/b] all thats there now is some construction.. and an [b][i]American flag[/i][/b]. its so amazing. theres all these pictures of ppl that died and letters and all that stuff posted on the fences of ground zero. its so sad mayn. kinda makes you appreciate life. but yep. great experience going there. couldnt stay there forever so we walked back to the car. then we went to the empire state building. then [b]had us some authentic NY pizza. DELISH. [/b]yeah did some other things but then had to go home around 7. mayn... not long enuff to see all of ny. always next time. but i still had a blast. ok so we were driving and i was expecting to get back to virginia. hahaha nope. we went to [b]Atlantic City[/b], New Jersey baby. haha dang that place is like vegas.. except with a beach. so we got there and walked along the pier. walked to the Trump Taj Mahal hotel place thing to eat, but they dint let anyone under 18 in. so stupid. so we went to the Showboat hotel and ate at the Beach Bar. they had waitresses from Poland there! haha i was like [b]oh kool yer Polish[/b]. haha yay. yeah then we walked around some more and went to the stores and such. left around 12 midnight. oh gosh it was so late. hahaha and we still had 3 hours back to virginia. unfortunately [b]we got lost on the way back!!! [/b]hahahaha mayn oh mayn we drove through the same street at least 3 times. haha and we asked some jersey guy and he had no idea where we were going. were like OK... thanks anyway. BUT we finally got back to my uncles house.. like.. 4 in the morning.. almost 5. course got there and went to bed right away. i was so tired.
[i][u][b]TUESDAY[/b][/u][ /i] slept in til 1. haha still not late enough for sleeping at 5 in the morning. but yes. then we ate lunch.. my uncles a good cook. haha makes me wonder why hes still single. hahaha yes ok. so then after we went to [b]Annapolis, Maryland[/b]. aww such a kool place. its kind of a little [b]pier[/b] [i]slash[/i] [b]dock[/b] [i]slash [/i][b]beach [/b][i]slash[/i] [b]boat place[/b]. yeah iono what to call it but it was cute. hahaha. so we shopped around and me and my uncle found an ice cream store.. only it wasnt just ice cream.. it was [b]GELATO!![/b] mMmMmm so good!!! mayn i love gelato. hooray to the italians who thought of this. YUM. haha so after spending forever eating ice cream we walked to the United States Naval Academy. so prestigious mayn. haha well we went to their visitor center. [b]gosh i felt like such a tourist[/b]. haha i hate looking like a tourist. but its next to impossible when my dads there. haha but i got myself a sweatshirt! [b]dont gotta wear my brothers darn g-unit one anymore.[/b] hahaha bout time too. YES so after walking through there for a while we went back to my uncles house and chilled.
[i][u][b]WEDNSDAY[/b][/u] [/i] stayed at my uncles house all day. since we our flight was that day. so yeah just cleaned up a bit, packed our things and such. then he took us to the airport around 5 and we went our ways. awww bye uncle jun see you at xmas!!! hahaha yeah more of the airport process. hate it. haha but there was barely anyone there so it was less stressful. got situated and i bought some pizza hut breadsticks to eat on the plane. haha yum. aww watched jersey girl on the plane. thats a sad movie. haha but jlo dies in there. [b]jlo never dies what is this?![/b] hahaha. ok so yeah arrive in cali around 10. got our bags yadda yadda that whole deal. we ended up leaving around 12. 2 hours just to get everything together. haha how sad. well got home and wrote in this thing for a bit.. decided to finish like.. hey look NOW. hahaha yay great to be back mayn.
well this entire trip was an amazing experience. course not anywhere close to the philippines but it was still pretty darn awesome. pretty crazy how i got to spend my 4th of july weekened in dc. [b]haha the ultimate 4th of july.[/b] i had so much fun driving through all the different states and seeing how different it all is compared to california. everything there in virginia and maryland is so GREEN. trees everywhere. its so country-like and i love it. the houses are all old skool country hahahaha and huge too. natural wonders over there. yep and mayn new york was just.. no words. never thought id ever get the chance to visit ground zero and see all those sites and mayn it was a once in a lifetime thing i think. i think i wanna live there when i get older hahaha. yeah i wish. but ey.. it could happen. but overall i had so much fun. despite the little disputes with my dad and mom and such.. i still had fun. id do it all again if i could. [i][b]so surreal[/b][/i]. then we walked to [b]Rockafeller[/b] [ i dunno how to spell it ] [b]Center[/b] and Radoi City Music Hall and saw where the ice rink was and where they put the huge xmas tree at xmas!! yay! hahaha yeah and then walked around some more and then we went into the St Paul Cathedral. i think it was St Paul. but that church was pretty. gave a bit of a donation.. prayed a while. then we were off. walked back to the car and got caught in the rain!!! oh mayn it was raining so hard hahaha and we were so unprepared!! hahaha so we were running down the streets of new york looking for somewhere to get out of the rain.. of coures took like 2 minutes cuz theres stores everywhere. hahaha so we stood there. waited for the rain to settle down. yeah took a while.. ran some more... hid in a store... then it stopped raining . haha bout time. but [b]it was fun running in the rain in New York.[/b] ok so then we drove to lower Manhattan to visit [b]Central Park[/b], [b]Ground Zero,[/b] and the [b]Statue of Liberty[/b]. saw all except central park hahaha oh well. but we did see the statue!! mayn that was awesome. haha and we were walking to ground zero and my dad frikin got us lost!! hes like ok ok lets take the shortcut. im like dad you havent been here you dont know where yer going can we just go the regular way? uh course he doesnt listen. hahaha the "shortcut" turned into the LONGEST WAY POSSIBLE! ahh. haha but we got there so it was all good.. oh mayn.. ground zero.. how emotional it is over there. its so frikin surreal and you wouldnt even believe that any of it happened. [b]like you stand there and you see where the twin towers used to be. and yer just like DANG. thats intense.[/b] all thats there now is some construction.. and an [b][i]American flag[/i][/b]. its so amazing. theres all these pictures of ppl that died and letters and all that stuff posted on the fences of ground zero. its so sad mayn. kinda makes you appreciate life. but yep. great experience going there. couldnt stay there forever so we walked back to the car. then we went to the empire state building. then [b]had us some authentic NY pizza. DELISH. [/b]yeah did some other things but then had to go home around 7. mayn... not long enuff to see all of ny. always next time. but i still had a blast. ok so we were driving and i was expecting to get back to virginia. hahaha nope. we went to [b]Atlantic City[/b], New Jersey baby. haha dang that place is like vegas.. except with a beach. so we got there and walked along the pier. walked to the Trump Taj Mahal hotel place thing to eat, but they dint let anyone under 18 in. so stupid. so we went to the Showboat hotel and ate at the Beach Bar. they had waitresses from Poland there! haha i was like [b]oh kool yer Polish[/b]. haha yay. yeah then we walked around some more and went to the stores and such. left around 12 midnight. oh gosh it was so late. hahaha and we still had 3 hours back to virginia. unfortunately [b]we got lost on the way back!!! [/b]hahahaha mayn oh mayn we drove through the same street at least 3 times. haha and we asked some jersey guy and he had no idea where we were going. were like OK... thanks anyway. BUT we finally got back to my uncles house.. like.. 4 in the morning.. almost 5. course got there and went to bed right away. i was so tired.
[i][u][b]TUESDAY[/b][/u][ /i] slept in til 1. haha still not late enough for sleeping at 5 in the morning. but yes. then we ate lunch.. my uncles a good cook. haha makes me wonder why hes still single. hahaha yes ok. so then after we went to [b]Annapolis, Maryland[/b]. aww such a kool place. its kind of a little [b]pier[/b] [i]slash[/i] [b]dock[/b] [i]slash [/i][b]beach [/b][i]slash[/i] [b]boat place[/b]. yeah iono what to call it but it was cute. hahaha. so we shopped around and me and my uncle found an ice cream store.. only it wasnt just ice cream.. it was [b]GELATO!![/b] mMmMmm so good!!! mayn i love gelato. hooray to the italians who thought of this. YUM. haha so after spending forever eating ice cream we walked to the United States Naval Academy. so prestigious mayn. haha well we went to their visitor center. [b]gosh i felt like such a tourist[/b]. haha i hate looking like a tourist. but its next to impossible when my dads there. haha but i got myself a sweatshirt! [b]dont gotta wear my brothers darn g-unit one anymore.[/b] hahaha bout time too. YES so after walking through there for a while we went back to my uncles house and chilled.
[i][u][b]WEDNSDAY[/b][/u] [/i] stayed at my uncles house all day. since we our flight was that day. so yeah just cleaned up a bit, packed our things and such. then he took us to the airport around 5 and we went our ways. awww bye uncle jun see you at xmas!!! hahaha yeah more of the airport process. hate it. haha but there was barely anyone there so it was less stressful. got situated and i bought some pizza hut breadsticks to eat on the plane. haha yum. aww watched jersey girl on the plane. thats a sad movie. haha but jlo dies in there. [b]jlo never dies what is this?![/b] hahaha. ok so yeah arrive in cali around 10. got our bags yadda yadda that whole deal. we ended up leaving around 12. 2 hours just to get everything together. haha how sad. well got home and wrote in this thing for a bit.. decided to finish like.. hey look NOW. hahaha yay great to be back mayn.
well this entire trip was an amazing experience. course not anywhere close to the philippines but it was still pretty darn awesome. pretty crazy how i got to spend my 4th of july weekened in dc. [b]haha the ultimate 4th of july.[/b] i had so much fun driving through all the different states and seeing how different it all is compared to california. everything there in virginia and maryland is so GREEN. trees everywhere. its so country-like and i love it. the houses are all old skool country hahahaha and huge too. natural wonders over there. yep and mayn new york was just.. no words. never thought id ever get the chance to visit ground zero and see all those sites and mayn it was a once in a lifetime thing i think. i think i wanna live there when i get older hahaha. yeah i wish. but ey.. it could happen. but overall i had so much fun. despite the little disputes with my dad and mom and such.. i still had fun. id do it all again if i could. [b]haha road trips rock[/b].
hooookaaayy. nothing too interesting has been happening. haha just been packing for d.c. yeah still dont wanna go. haha i coulda gone to the park today and i coulda gone camping this weekend and i coulda gone to sarahs party [b]BUT NO.[/b] oh well its k. maybe dc will be fun. maybe. just maybe. aww eugene and rjay were supposed to come over today. haha its ok guys ill see you first thing when i get back. yeah and i was supposed to go see the notebook today too. sorry veronica holly and trisa haha swear we'll see it!!! promise! see hahaha im screwing everything up mayn. ok well im leaving in like.. [b]2 and half hours EEK[/b]. july 4th weekend at the airport.. [i]gotta be tough[/i]. i hate going through all the darn security. ok well wish me a safe trip guys!

[/b]nice bday present! haha. well... did absolutely nothing today. woke up and watched Enough, the movie with jennifer lopez. thats a good movie. kinda scary and all with the whole husband hunting down his wife so he can kill her thing. haha but its good. yeah then after just came on the comp cuz i have no life what so ever. i just sit here and chat with like one or two ppl and listen to music and look at blogs and myspaces [sound familiar tim? haha] yeah its sad. aww leaving for d.c. tomorrow guys. it frikin sucks cuz its ruining all these things i coulda gone to!! awww mayn. now i cant go to pantera to see tim, and i cant go to sarahs party, and i cant go camping with my cuzins either RARRRRR. darn dc. haha oh well hopefully itll be fun over there.
